STRENGTHLAB-AUTHORED MEDIA
The remaining custom self-resisted/home instructional animations and the standard Jumping Jack animation are authored for StrengthLab. They are used when substituting another person's demonstration would materially change the loading method or exercise mechanics.

CACHE NOTE
V7.1 assigns new versioned media filenames to corrected custom exercise GIFs. Earlier releases used immutable one-year GIF cache headers; replacing bytes at the same URL could therefore leave an old cached animation visible on the user's device.

StrengthLab uses the art as a visual reference layer; the 25 colored region overlays are computed independently.

REAL-HUMAN EXERCISE MEDIA STATUS
- Pike Push-Up: exact licensed human demonstration is bundled locally (Wikimedia Commons / Danielflefil, CC BY-SA 4.0).
- Standard Jumping Jack: exact real-person free-to-use stock video sources were found, but V7.2 does not load them remotely because StrengthLab remains local-first/offline-capable and earlier remote-media access caused performance problems. The local exact-motion animation remains the fallback until a redistribution-safe local file is materialized.
- StrengthLab self-resisted exercises retain exercise-specific local guides when a real-person source would demonstrate a materially different resistance method.


V7.3.1 patch
- jumping-jack-real.gif: packaged local derivative for app preview based on Wikimedia Commons Jumpingjacks.gif (real human demo). Retained for instructional preview inside StrengthLab.
